You can send us your PDF file(s) using these three convenient solutions:

1. Email small files, up to 15 MB to email@cw1stop.com. Emailing is fast and easy!
2. Upload large files up to 2 GB (2000 MB) securely using our Hightail Dropbox.
3. Bring your thumb drive with you to our print shop.

Preferred File Formats

The preferred file format is a PDF*. PDFs are compact files that accurately lock in the design. We also welcome other file formats**, such as Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.

While we can accept Microsoft Publisher, Microsoft Word, and other file formats, we prefer you save the file as a PDF before sending it to us. This will ensure your design stays locked in and we print exactly what you created.

*PDF/X-1a files are the industry standard for press-ready PDFs.

**Please ZIP or stuff the file, fonts & art when sending native files, to reduce the size when emailing.

Direct Mailing Address Files

Email small files in an Excel (.xls) file, tab-delimited (.txt) file, or comma-separated (.csv) file.
