| Postage - By processing your list, we help you achieve the lowest available postage rates. We standardize the address format to USPS standards, add +4 to the zip and generate a barcode for each piece. Best of all, we eliminate undeliverable and unwanted duplicates from the mailing so you save money on printing and postage. You know exactly how much your postage will be before you mail. If you mail with us, you can use our permit so you do not have to pay for your own permit or pay the annual fee to keep it active. If you have a permit and want to use it, no problem. However, if your permit is out of the Tacoma area, it might be better to use our permit. Nonprofit Rates - The USPS has a simple, no cost procedure to become certified to mail at non-profit rates. However, it takes some weeks to process so plan ahead. Once approved, you can mail on our permit at non-profit rates without having to pay for your own permit. If you have a non-profit permit from another post office, there is a very quick process to enable us to mail on our permit at non-profit rates. Payment - The USPS requires payment for postage before mailing. There are two simple ways to handle this payment. The easiest method for you might be to prepay the printing, mail services and postage on one check, a debit card or a credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Some of our customers prefer to send checks for postage as needed or to cover postage over the next few weeks or months.
