Getting a List -- address lists are typically rented rather than sold. We are brokers for all the major list companies so we have access to voter, residential and business lists. Price depends on the amount and type of information needed. "Resident" lists are the least expensive per address with lots of addresses per zip code. Business lists and targeted lists like homeowners with children or RV owners are more per address but may help you reach your best prospects.
Sending Your List - A good practice is to send only the info needed for your mailing. Smaller files are easier to email. Excel (.xls), tab delimited (.txt) or comma separated (.csv) files are best for email size. Fixed length formats and data base files from dBase, Access, FoxPro, etc. may be too big for emailing. Call or email us, we'll help you send the right info in the best format - no charge!
Confidentiality - We assume that your mailing and your list are confidential. We can provide a confidentiality agreement if you need one. It states that we guarantee to safeguard the confidentiality of your data to the best of our ability. We will not use your list except for your mailings and will not sell, give or use your data for any other purpose.
By sending us your list, you guarantee that the list is your property and that you will defend and hold us harmless against claims by others as to its possession and use. You further warrant that it is not your only copy of the data and that destruction by accident, fire or other means will not be a loss. We have never lost a file but it does not pay to take chances so make a copy!
When your job is mailed, we will destroy our copy of your list if you wish. We like to keep samples of pieces that we have printed to show other folks but we will also destroy those at your request.
